Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods (e.g., holidays or sales events). In these cases, please allow additional days for your order to be fulfilled.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination.
- Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days after processing, while expedited options are available on special request.S may reduce this timeframe.
- Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s journey.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Shipping Destinations:
- We currently ship domestically within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future, but for now, we are unable to fulfill orders outside the U.S.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses:
- Standard shipping is available to P.O. Boxes. However, certain expedited shipping options may not be deliverable to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- Endocannex is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. However, if you experience an issue with your delivery, please reach out to us at admin@www.endocannex.com or (661) 360-6959, and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions:
